We’re always looking for ways to improve your customer’s experience, and to make it as easy as possible for you to work on your jobs. With this as a main focus, we’ve just pushed the big green Go Live button on a super exciting new job timeline.
As from today, all current and new jobs you are delivering will be displayed in a new format. This will bring you two immediate benefits:
1 – The job timeline will be super clear, and easy to follow:
- Conversation between you and your buyer will now be displayed in sequential order, making it easier to reference what has been said, and when.
- Within the conversation, attachments will be displayed in real time, making it simple to find and refer back to them.
- The new header will make it easy for you to navigate to a conversation and attachments, and to refer back to your order details when you need to. And because we all need a little help sometimes, we’ve included a link to our help center articles in the new header, too.
2 – You can now use coupons on custom jobs!
You can now let your buyers pay for custom jobs with coupon codes if they have them. We know how many of you deliver amazing custom jobs, so we’re really excited to launch this new function, and we hope you and your buyers get lots of use from it!
